Ashley Ortega, a Filipino actress, was born in San Fernando La Union Philippines on December 26, 1998. Ashley Ortega was born in San Fernando La Union in the Philippines. Renuka Asha Rangappa is an attorney and former FBI agent in the US is the senior lecturer of the Yale University's Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. Asha Rangappa was a Special agent in the New York Division FBI before she took up her current job. She was a specialist in counterintelligence investigations. Through her job, Asha identified threats to national security and conducted classified investigations of suspect foreign agents. Asha was trained in electronic surveillance as well as interviewing interrogations, interrogation techniques and the use of firearms. Asha was alumna of cum laude in the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and was granted the Fulbright grant to pursue constitutional reforms at Bogota Colombia. She earned her law degree from Yale Law School, where she was an Coker Fellow and law clerk for the Judge Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit located in San Juan Puerto Rico. Asha has been admitted to the State Bar in New York (2003 and Connecticut 2003). The op-eds of Asha have been published in The New York Times The Wall Street Journal The Washington Post as well as other newspapers. Asha is also an expert on legal issues for ABC News. She is on the board of editors for Just Security as well as the Council of Foreign Relations.
